    Metro claims they can't reactivate my phone.

    Got Reppards mod installed and I went to get my phone turned back on. The customer service rep there said they couldn't get my phone into service mode, whatever that is. They kept trying to dial ##626* and didn't get anything and said they couldn't turn it back on. Is this normal?
