Hi all...
Not really sure where my problem lies so I thought I'd post here since this seems related to my 6p.
Basically, I cannot get SMS integration to work with my new vehicle that is equipped with Sync 3 (the newer offering from Ford).
I *think* it is related to using Hangouts with SMS...
Has anyone been experiencing dropped data connections after completing a call? (I am primarily connected to t-mobile service, checked via various apps for strength, etc, so this should not be the simultaneous voice/data issues with Sprint).
I actually don't mind that much except for the fact...
Anyone have any guesses as to when we'll see band 12 go live with the 6p now that it has been officially approved by T-Mo? I'm sort of excited to have this, as I'm hoping it will improve my overall connection quality / range.
In general, Project Fi has been so far a pretty awesome experience on...
Just a reminder that it is possible to switch the Turbo to use the newer ART runtime (as opposed to Dalvik). (Art is the runtime used by lollipop).
I had forgotten this was in the developer options of Kit Kat (it was hidden on my Note 3's version of Kit Kat).
Anyway, thought I'd post this in...
Hey guys... has anyone been experiencing issues with Motorola Connect on their Turbo? I had it working pretty well within the first week of launch, but as of late simply can't get it to work at all. It basically won't connect on my browser window... or if it does, it will quickly lose that...
Ok... so I've managed to get myself confused on this.
As I understand it, Samsung turned on the (now hidden) feature in Android to choose to "move to sd card" (in the app info screen).
What I'm trying to understand is why some apps seem to move completely over, most barely move any data...
Any good solutions for usb tethering (I assume FoxFi will work just fine with wireless, but I was having issues using it via usb tether as it required PDANet installation -- which failed in communicating to my device).
Just looking to see if there are any good apps supporting the Note3 that...
Hi all... coming over from GNex land I havn't used an external SD card for a while. Anyone know of a good app that is compatible with our Note 3's for moving data to the external card? (The move to SD card option in the apps menu just moves it to the internal SD partition). I'd love to offload...
Ok, just a quick question... I have recently installed & have been using FoxFi (I am unrooted). It works great for tethering, etc, etc.
I then noticed that the GN has WiFi and BT tether options natively in the settings... are these fully functional? Is there any reason I would want to keep...
Ok, this driving me insane. ><
I regularly like using the VZ data widget to show my data usage. Recently I have tried tapping it to login to the full "My Verizon" app to check my voice / data usage (this USED to work at some point but I havn't done it in a long while).
Now, no matter what...
Hey guys... so now that Splashtop THD is available in the market, do any of you have any experiences to share (I'd rather hear what its like before I plunk down the $6).
How is it for viewing / accessing flash content on your desktop? I was thinking that this would be a great solution for...
So... I want to watch a few TV episodes on my prime (like Alcatraz from Fox to give it a try), and since Xfinity doesn't have a streaming app for Android (and they aren't on netflix), I would have to stream them via the website/flash player. I've tried it, and it "almost" works, but seems to...
Does the battery usage area in the settings actually show app usage for anyone? Mine keeps saying that it can't be calculated. Do I just need to cycle my battery more? On my GN it always gives a nice indication of what apps/processes are using my battery. Just curious... seems like a strange oddity.
Ok... so is anyone else experiencing this? The headphone jack slot has a really odd placement/shape (its on a curved edge). I've tried my unit with two different headphones, and both exhibit a fair amount of static noticeable in quiet music or movies or when just turning on/off music from google...
