    Was just on the phone with Sprints tech support team and they informed me that starting today 11/14 the Samsung S2 will be available on Virgin's site. No pricing info but common sense is that it'll be the same price as Boost.

    Just got off the phone with Sprints tech support team and was advised that Virgin is having a nationwide service outage again mostly affecting text, expected to be cleared up later today.

    Help Calling Virgin

    Obviously you should always try to call for support from a different phone but if you have to call from your cell phone dial 611 instead of the 800 number it won't use your minutes. I see posts all the time of people complaining about using up their minutes while having to deal with Virgin.
