My daughter, that lives roughly 35 miles from us, got to see some pinks and purple colors on Friday night. Only thing that we got were 2 power outages in 12 hours from the solar flares.
It's simply the restaurant trying to circumvent the taxes placed by the government. It's definitely not the customer's responsibility to provide benefits to them.
