1000mbps Bad Cable Modem
Not to hijack the thread, but I jumped ship and went to fiber. Now, I have synchronized up and download speeds. When I was on Comcast/Xfinity I used to purchase my own Arris modems. None were as good as the rental from Comcast though. That's been my experience. They always wore out. -

I am in now because I changed internet services from Xfinity (Comcast) and their modem to Windstream fiber and their router. Windstream doesn't have internet security, so I can get into here without a problem. I have an Asus router ordered and coming tomorrow. Their security is free and... -
