what they failed to report, which many blogs are also failing to mention, is that HTC has filed a secrecy document with the FCC (a common thing for anticipated releases, like the iphone) to hold all photos of the device until Nov 10th.

which common sense would lead one to believe that the device will not be released any earlier than Nov 10th. if it were to, there would be photos all over the net within minutes of release, nullifying their desire to keep photos under lock and key before the 10th of Nov.
