The interesting part is noting the failures of the case study. Nearly all of them seem to be based on poor implementation. And, it seems they could all be fixed with any half decent Android App.
It is stories like THIS that give me so much hope for Android. The opportunity is out there for these mobile improvements and Android is the vehicle that can make them successful and convenient. Right now, as noted by this article, implementing the technology just makes for irritation and complication.
