This GB Cap Crap?

When it comes to all of this fancy stuff, I know nothing about it. It's 2008 and I'm still happy with my Stripe. :P. Does anyone mind explaining what this GB Cap is related to and what it will effect? Thanks.

Thanks. I read that, but all I know is that they are (or were) capping Data. What does this mean? My internet browsing is limited every month?

Hard to tell since they haven't officially finished the policy yet.

I wouldn't worry about it. I'm sure they are going to structure it such that only the top 1% or less of users might get affected. The original 1GB cap was a "soft limit" which meant they could do something if they wanted, not that they actually would. Think of it as a way for them to stop people from D/Ling 5GB of stuff, which is probably outside the "spirit of the rules" that they have in mind for unlimited usage.
