With many reports coming out that people are finding their tracking numbers via the UPS website lets found out when everybody ordered.

I ordered within an hour of the site going up, ahead of all the site crashing problems on Sept 23rd. I have no tracking number.

I looked at your link, yours hasn't shipped yet, only the Billing Information has been received. When it is shipped you'll see departure date and a delivery date. Packages usually get shipped the day they received the billing info but not always the case.

Funny how most think that "billing info received" means that your phone is on a brown truck somewhere. All it means is that the shipping label has been made for (not even necessarily *applied to*) the box for your phone. This doesn't mean it's out the door from the warehouse in Kentucky. UPS is pretty good with their status updates. Just keep your eyes posted for when it states that it's been picked up from Kentucky....THEN your phone is officially "on the way".

It looks as if they're shipping most of in a manner that the west coast peoples phones leave first...and moving east...so that shipping times work in a manner that we'll all receive our phones the beginning part of next week.

Don't forget people....UPS doesn't deliver on Saturday unless it's specified...and I'm certain T-Mobile didn't opt for a Saturday delivery. So don't waste your time sitting on the front porch waiting for the man in brown to make a stop at your house....especially when there are great football games on this weekend! GO DAWGS!

my Mistake was putting in the phone number as a tracking number opposed to a reference number. Try plugging in ur phone # as the reference and just hit track, providing you haven't tried this already..

Yeah mine is about 15 min away and they said I probably wont be able to pick it up early tomorrow and that I should just wait till monday.
Monday is still a few days earlier than I expected it, so thats cool.

Dang thats so easy, I think that would save them gas to let people pick them up, so you gotta wait 4 days just because of there crazy rules.

That's nothing new. UPS doesn't do saturday delivery unless specified by the shipper...which in this case, T-Mobile would not do (costs more). In so far as you getting it late in the day, UPS delivers puts business recipients first due to their "hours of operation".

I used to live 1/4 mile from a FedEx point but wouldn't get my package until 4-5pm at the end of their run.

That's just how shippers are. It'll come to ya. Patience is a virtue.

Oh and good luck trying to drop by and pick it up from their offices on Monday. They usually throw it on the truck pretty early and mark it "out for delivery" on the tracking number.

Well mine has been at the local UPS station since 2 in the afternoon yesterday... it's scheduled for delivery tomorrow which should happen since its already here, just has to be driven to my doorstep. I can't wait! just got done ordering an 8gb microsdhc card for $25 including shipping to hold all my music. I would have liked the 16gb just to be more future proof, but $75+ is way to much and plus all my music encoded in Q4.5 ogg is around 6 or so gigs anyway so i should be good with 8gigs until the 16 or 32 get to a reasonable price.

p.s. anyone heard the rumor of a.m. delivery? Should I expect UPS to stop by early or is someone just pulling our legs?

Your lucky that your getting yours tommorrow, it comes with a 1GB card, I have a 2 gbit card that I will use, I have a ipod and not much music I need, and when I go on trips I normally use my ipod.

I ordered on the 23rd, got tracking information on the 15th. Didn't leave Kentucky until the 17th, and currently says "Out for Delivery" here in the Chicago suburbs. Hopefully my partner will be home before the UPS truck arrives. It's usually 5ish and he gets home around 4. cross fingers!

Well, UPS tried to deliver. First time they've ever tried to deliver something to my home before 5pm. But they were very cool about it when I called. It's at Will call, and I just have to go by there at 7pm tonight to pick it up.

If you're in the same spot, call them with your tracking number and ask them if you can pick it up, they were really cool to me.


Here's hoping it's not some crazy nightmare to pick up my phone.

I got my phone delivered, but there was something wrong with the SIM reader. I called Tmobile and tried to get it resolved. They told me to go to the dealer today and get a new SIM card. Long story short, destroyed 5 SIM cards, shipped it back. Now I have to wait another week.:mad:
