Up to $200, the actual amount depends on when you signed your contract and how long you have left on it. If it's more than a year then it's $200 for sure then it's tiered down based on months left.

Actually T-Mobiles Cancellation fee is unique......It starts at $200 for the 2 year contract, then every 6 months it drops by $50. This was a topic I had discussed with the t-mobile rep solely wondering if another Android based phone would be surfacing in the near future.

From latest terms of service. More than 180 days? $200. Your first year is $200 there isn't a set schedule every six months like you were describing.

No I just trying to weigh my options as far as buying from Tmobile with contract or on fleabay. Also Im in Indianapolis and no 3G for me here anytime soon, maybe in 2009...maybe.
