    Need an app to make phone calls in Turkey

    Root Difference between quick boot and normal boot

    For shutting down is there a difference between Quick Boot and the normal shutdown procedure. Quick Boot just takes a second. The normal shutdown procedure takes much longer. What's the phone doing then, I wonder and is the phone missing something important when I use Quick Boot?
