    Root Reason behind locked bootloader?

    Root setting file permission?

    Total Noob Q but I couldn't find an answer anywhere. When setting a file permission I'll usually see it written like this: I.e. rw-r--r- Does this mean User = Read+write(not execute),Group read(not write or execute), Others read(not write or execute) A heads up would be super. thanks
