droid x/2 bootstrapper is free if you can google search it, by reasons for being staff, i cannot in good sense give you the link to download dx/2 bootstrapper, you need to locate that on your own. sorry.

the exclamation point is the "splash screen" for stock recovery, roms use clockwork recovery, and to get that you need droid x/2 bootstrapper, you went into the stock recovery, by holding home+power at the same time, and thats how you got there.
