2 New Devices LG Optimus F3 for Verzion and T-Mobile

The LG Optimus F3 is coming to Verizon now as VS890. Looks like LG wants to make the same phone for every US carrier, trying to compete with Samsung I guess. They're using the same name though for variant phones.

Also it came to T-Mobile as P659 already, it's exactly the same hardware as the MetroPCS version so make it the same forum as that.

We've got Metro, Sprint and VM ATRs already - so, we'll combine Metro/T-Mo and then make a Verizon one.
