at&t next program ..

i am with at&t and signed up for the next program at 18 months deal on febuary 1st 2013. i have the note 3 but i am a little unpleased with it an want to get another phone.. besides adding a line or paying for phone at full retail price now any loop holes around it? i realize i will be paying for phone at full retail price by the 26th month payment but never intended too go past the 18th months.

I have vzw Edge so the terms may be slightly different. With Edge you have to have had the phone activated for at least 30 days and be willing to pay off 60% to end the contract.

The standard return policy applies (14 days on vzw) but you'll pay a restocking fee. You can then go ahead and get another payment term device.

any of those early plans.. to my calculations = NOT so great for user

Sell your NOTE3 for about $400
buy the phone you want on there too.. for about $500

you should plan to spend about $100 - 200.. total our of pocket.
