Boost store charging way more

Our little town just got a Boost Mobile retail store. So I go in and find they have the ZTE Warp 7 for $239.00. I ask the sales clerk why so much and she claims first months fee, activation fee, and insurance. I said there is no activation fee and she disagreed. I showed her the price on line and she insisted there is an activation fee again. Anyway has anyone else been in a Boost store that charges so much for a phone you can get on line for $99.99.

As a boost mobile store manager I can tell you that we have access to but the zte warp 7 for only $79.99

I myself have seen the sprint/boost mobile sale activation portal in the flesh and I can assure you that there isint any activation fee, nor any first month fee..

the phone insurance ($7 a month mrc) is not even required to be bought upon phone purchase

And we also receive $25 when you come and pay your first months bill, and another $25 on the second months bill if paid in the same store

That being said, there is also a way to not pay for the $15 reactivation fee when activating a new phone

Also the $15 that boost mobile phone stores charge to change your # is bs, there is also a way that you can actually change your # for free
...........

Since that store has just opened they are propbably just trying to make a profit by legally ripping off customers lol $239 out the door is being too greedy, but then again they got pay so many bills and merchant fees to keep their bussiness opene...

All businesses specialise in marketing schemes/rip offs like this, car lots, house realtors, banks, lawyers, so on, remeber there is a sucker born every day lol
