Root Can I flash my Cricket Indulge with this 2.3 ROM?

Hi,

I'm a lousy phone hacker, but I do have my Indulge rooted with Rom Manager Premium successfully installed and recovery is also working well.

I found this ROM:

Samsung SCH-R915 Stock ROM Download

which I have downloaded and unpacked with the password supplied. Can I flash my phone with this ROM preferably using Rom Manager and have a working Android 2.3? If someone here has installed it I would like to hear their experience and also whether there are any major problems with it such as non-working MMS or other services.
