Can someone decompile a DEX file for me?

Since the developer stopped on a custom rom for my model phone, I decided to reflash the stock rom, but it has a tether block on it, so after some research I found a way to remove that block, problem is, I have to decompile a dex file to be able to do it.

So I'm hoping that a developer can help me a little by decompiling a classes.dex file and recompiling it after I'm done? Its only around 2 mb.

Matt

EDIT: Never mind, I done some research and used ROMTools. I successfully decompiled and edited and recompiled with no problems.
