Help Change from carrier voicemail services?

I have a ZTE ZMAX pro that I purchased from Wal-Mart. The phone is T-Mobile like all other family moble phones... So I've been with family moble since March I think and I have no issues other then the voicemail. Calling voicemail doesn't give callback number and leaves a persistent voicemail message in my notification tray. Some times it goes a way some times it stays... Is there any way to change to a voicemail that isn't so bad? Any ideas on what I can to..?


Also my other phones I've had did the same thing... My ZTE ZMAX 2 and my Blu 7.0... So I'm convinced the notification issue is the T-Mobile and not the phone.

Have you tried contacting T-Mobile / Family Mobile to see if they have any ideas?
