Charges for tube

Hi,

I got my vodafone monthly bill with additional charges of 7.49 EUR per week. I got the response stating it is third party providers charges and nothing can be done. In the bill it stats that EUR 7.49 getting charged against tube. please set me know, what is this service and how to unsubsribe the service.
