I'm curious if we need a Lyca Mobile section in the Android Carriers subsection? Lyca Mobile is a prepaid MVNO, has 30 million customers in 16 countries, and is expanding into the US market. I know I've seen at least one thread in a device forum asking for help setting up the APN for Lyca UK.
For the US, they seem to have some very low prices, including unlimited text and data at an introductory rate of $19/month, and a pay as you go rate of 2 cents per minute talk, 4 cents per outgoing text (appears incoming texts are free), and 6 cents per MB data (though apparently only 2G speeds).
