Email on CyanogenMod

Hey guys, recently flashed CyanogenMod 7.1.0.1 yesterday, its great but there's a lack of standard useful apps compared to my previous Sensation Extreme ROM

Anyways...

Has anyone been able to set up email on this ROM, hotmail perhaps??
I always get the error message:
Setup could not finish
Unable to open connection to server

For hotmail im using these settings:
Incoming server settings:
Username:...
Password:.....
POP3 server: hotmail.co.uk
Port:110
Security type: None
Delete email from server: Never
