fusion 2 U8665 camcorder stopped working?

got my fusion 2 a few weeks ago and was able to get a couple videos recorded, but then one day i tried to switch my camera to camcorder mode and hit record and it did nothing. Doesnt show timer, doesnt change the record button to a stop button, but does leave files in my gallery that say can not be viewed or something like that.....takes great pictures and have a bunch on there and love the phone, and would love to fix it please help!!!
