Getting Optimus V to work on Page Plus

I have ported my LG Optimus v over to the "Verizon" (through Page Plus Cellular) Network.

The phone works fine, and so do text messages, but Web, data, mms is NOT working

I then tried Flashing CM-7.2.0-RC0-LG-VM670-BobZhome-12082011

Phone booted fine.

Then phone took OTA programing *228

Still NO Internet, Data, or MMS, but phone and text messaging fine.
(Phone still shows roaming on)

I was told to change the following:

HOMEPAGE: http://homepage
USER ID: min
PASSWORD: vzw
GATEWAY 1: ppcgw1.vzwreseller.com
SERVICE TYPE: HTTP
PORT 1: 8080
E2E PORT 1: 8080
LXL PORT 1: 443
GATEWAY 2: ppcgw2.vzwreseller.com
SERVICE TYPE 2: HTTP
PORT 2: 8080
E2E PORT 2: 8080
LXL PORT 2: 443

But cannot get into service mode to change settings.

Any help would be greatly appreciated (Correct settings or files needed)
