I have been using the Galaxy Note 2 for about three years now with no problems up until about a month ago, where my phone would just come to a complete halt. when that happens I would just take out the battery and start up the phone again, however this morning when I got up. There was a pop-up message coming up about every 2-3 Seconds quote "Unfortunately, the process com.andriod.phone has stopped."
and a good 1/3 of my apps are somehow uninstalled!(when I try and start the apps that were originally installed on the device,it says that the app is not installed and won't launch, also there is a little black and white icon depicting the android on a grey square with a little SD Card beside it) I don't know why this has happened or how to fix it,Please let me know if you know how to fix this!
P.S. I would prefer not to do the factory reset...
