David of Android Police just published his review of the Honor 5X and had a lot of good things to say about it. David loves the fingerprint scanner, the big 3,000mAh battery, and feels both the display and the camera is good for the price.

He isn't a fan of the software though, and has trouble with the performance of the Snapdragon 615 from time to time. He also misses things like NFC, 5GHz WiFi, Band 12 for T-Mobile, and Marshmallow, but he understands that there is enough value for the price point.

Andrew of Android Central has also reviewed the Honor 5X now and says he can't recommend the device because of the software.

Andrew enjoys the build quality for the money, the camera, the fingerprint sensor and the quality of the display. However he feels the performance isn't good, he doesn't like that it's launching with Lollipop instead of Marshmallow, and has had issues with the software

Chris of Phandroid just published his review of the Honor 5X and says there is "insane value" in the device. He really enjoys the build quality, the fingerprint sensor, battery life and the display.

Chris felt the performance isn't very good, but he admits that it is more than likely a perspective issue since he is so used to using devices like the Huawei Mate 8.
