I Just Love AT&T

I upgrade to an LG G4 from my LG G2(Gave to my wife).The phone she was on,Was an HTC Desire 610 I got her a year ago.
So the HTC Desire 610 is not on my contract and I want to unlock it before I sell it.
When I tried the Consumer Device Unlock Portal: https://www.att.com/deviceunlock/?#/
It wouldn't recognize the IMEI from the HTC Desire 610,And AT&T is going to help me to get the device in question unlocked.
Gotta love AT&T.
