Interesting tablet question

Ok so I got a cheap maylong mvp270 tablet with pc keyboard and its all touch(other than keyboard). The only button on it is the power button everything else is touch. So here is my problem, I have no way to get into recovery mode or download mode. Here is the question, since its all touch screen, is there a script inside android itself I can edit to make it go into recovery mode? I've seen it go into recovery mode once and that was cuz of a factory reset that was all automatic. Anybody got any ideas cuz I'm fresh out
