I'm a newbie here, but not to using these crazy little computers we carry around with us.
My reason for joining this forum was to learn how to recover my data the software update I installed at 5:30 on the morning of the 25th of Nov took from me. And I'd like to find out why an update would do such a foolish thing. It certainly has made me question why I would pay to add such frustration to my life.
I don't know if it was an update pushed by MetroPCS, my provider, by Android, Google I assume, or Samsung. I may have to make some serious changes in my life choices once I resolve this issue if any of those organizations are free to delete what I've decided to store on this device I paid for.
Rant over. How do I undelete the picures and videos of my 1st grandson?
