Verizon Wireless offering the Galaxy Nexus for $200 ( NO CONTRACT) (ONLY AT STORES)
How does it stack against the LG Motion?

General - Network - 2G/3G and 4G LTE compatible (USA market)
Both phones are 4G LTE , Verizon has a average of 40 MB Down , 25 Up in my area

So is the extra $20 worth it? and pay tons more a month (Well about $35 more and I still don't get unlimited data! over the 55$ Unlimited plan of MetroPCS)
 
At this point, it's more about your monthly data plan from Verizon vs MetroPCS. If you need to save money for the plan, then the LG is worth it. I couldn't handle a 3.5" screen after using my Gnex, but it's up to you which is more important. $200 for no contract on Verizon is a steal IMO (and if the BOGO offer is true, even better).
