Long awaiting to watch mp4 video

Hi,

I am new here and in need of a help.

I have convert my quicktime video into mp4 format using gphone converter and uploaded it on my website so i could watch it on my g1 direct from the website (example: www.mywebsite.com/vacation.mp4).

Only problem is, It takes too looong to waiting (loading video...). At some time (rarely) the message will pop up and say "Sorry, this video can not be played." even through it is in mp4 format which can be play on g1.

Any helps would be much appreciated.
