Basically, when I sports it up all day, I usually fall into bed and don't eat much, and get hungry the next day. On the other hand, when I sin, it's usually with a tub of ice cream late at night. But none of the calorie counting apps support any sort of carry-over: the next morning, they display the same thing, whether the day before I had a huge deficit or a huge surplus.
