I got a verizon htc eris that has been flash to metro pcs and i need to reset my phone. I was wondering if i reset my phone will it erase the flash that i have..

Welcome to the forums.

Doing a factory data reset will restore the device to the state it was in out of the box, at the point of purchase.

I'm not sure about Metro PCS, but you may have to return with the phone to the store to have it reflashed.

I think you'll be likely to get some experienced responses here in the Metro PCS forum where I've moved your question.
