No Desire

Well after waiting 2 weeks to get my HTC Desire from Three I rang them because I never got the email to say they had posted it. I was told there was a new security test and I had to send a copy of a bank statement as proof of bank account. I pointed out that I had been a customer for 3 years and have a current DD with them, but they were having non of it so I've had to send them a copy of a statement.

The phone? or they are saying about 4 weeks now. Looks like I've been fobbed off.

Absolute clowns. If it wasn't for the fact they're cheap, I'd go somewhere else!

I dread having to phone customer services.

luckly mostly good including getting me a
HTC Desire at 19 pounds per month
