no driver for asus zenfone 3

Asus ZenFone 3 Laser[ZC551KL], android 7.1.1
connecting with usb for file transfer

everything ok on 1 box win 10 pro, plug in phone, phone prompts, ans ok and I'm in, phone sd card all there in win explorer

2nd box win 10 home, plug in phone, phone prompts, ans ok, but nothing on file explorer
in devices I show android device but properties show no driver, asus doesn't have a driver on their website, google has 'developer' drivers,, download, get 3 dll's and android_winusb.inf, when pointing driver update/install to the .inf windows complains not verified if compatible with hardware, anybody have experience if this driver install will work 'generically' for android? android 7.1.1? documention in the .inf is not encouraging, here is the .inf below, the question I have does it look like this google supplied .inf will give a driver that will work with the asus zenfone 3????

contents of android_winusb.inf - looks like its all about nexus which is ok by me as long as it will work with my asus
