Help Power bank is not charging my Oneplus 3

Hello everyone. For the first time I was trying to use my Xiaomi 16000 powerbank on my OP3. I used original red dash charge USB-C cable that I got with my phone. When I plug it in it does not start charging the phone. When I use it on other phone with classic micro usb, it works. My battery level is at 85% and it just wont charge. What can be the problem and how to solve it. I am 100% sure that cable, powerbank and phone are ok because I have used them all in last few hours. These three are just not working together..

Some phones monitor the input voltage, and if it dips when you connect the charger, they just won't charge, because the phone doesn't get the voltage it was expecting consistently. Other phones don't do this, so charge quite happily despite the initial small voltage drop (which soon recovers).

Hi, do you mean inner resistance the loaded device has had draws down the output voltage of the powerbank?
