Question about the unemployment part of the new bill.

I have been on countless sites, forums, etc... and no one seems to know. Now that the unemployment has expired. Are we going to have to re-apply for unemployment or will TWC (I'm in Texas) automatically reinstate the unemployment across the board for everyone that had unemployment when it expired?

I've heard it will be retroactive but I would still contact your state unemployment agency for clarification
