S20+ will not show software update.

I am lead to believe that the S20+ got Android 13 way back in November 2022.

My new S20+ that I purchased last week keeps saying that the software is up to date by Software info page shows...

UI 4.1 and Android version 12

How might I get it to update?

The steps to check availability and to download Android 13. If it doesn't show it's available, your phone may be carrier locked and it is not released yet. I don't know the release dates per carrier.

How to install Android 13 on Samsung Galaxy devices

1. Open the Settings app on the Samsung Galaxy phone.
2. Scroll down and select Software update.
3. Tap Download and install.
4. Wait until the device checks for the latest update.
5. Tap Install now if the Android 13 update is available.

Yeah, is it a carrier version phone you've got there, and if so, do you have that carrier's SIM in the phone. Also, are you in the country or region your S20 variant was intended for.

My phone was not purchased from my provider although they did sell the S20+ model.
I am putting it down to it maybe what they call a parallel import as there are issues with wifi calling that my provider cannot solve.
Looks like I will have to live with what I have.
Still does 99 percent of what I need.
