As its battery was not fully charged from the seller, so I charged it all night till it's reached 100% full. The next morning I found this phone in boot loop. I don't know why. The only have I played with it was just installing Whatsapp (I've uninstalled it through adb command line).

This phone is similar to SPC S2, cannot fastboot, and Recovery is also not available.
