Won't send text message

I'm using and INQ Cloud phone on Telus. Last night I seemed to be able to send and receive text messages just fine but then I find this morning the last message I sent last night is still "sending" along with another I sent today.

I received a test message I asked a friend to send but my reply still is "sending".

Any idea what's going on?!?!? Network issue or phone??
