seems like very nice specs. can't say anything about zte cuz i have never seen one in person or at a store before.

I had a ZTE phone about 5, 6 years ago.
All China. Very square corners on the device.
Had a lot of bloatware.

It was OK for the time it was out.
But I'll never buy another ZTE.

All of the ZTE devices I have had (4 of them) except for one, have been of great quality for the cost.

Durable, easy to use, replaceable batteries, and solid devices.

At the time period for each device, they were all low cost models, but they worked well and 3 out of 4 warranted getting battery replacements to extend their lives.

Seems like a competent well specced device. Never had a ZTE phone myself, but have seen plenty of them and have also seen the ZTE factory in Shenzhen where they're made.

I became a fan because my first smartphone was a ZTE 812 Maven running Android 5.1.

It died after about 10 months, but was under warranty and replaced.
That one is still alive even after I replaced the 'non-replaceable' battery.

My Ol'lady had a ZTE that was running KitKat while the rest of us were using Android 7.

Her ZTE 557VL running Android 7 is just now having battery failure.
If her screen wasn't busted, I would just get a replacement battery for it.
