WarGames: The Dead Code. It was completely stupid, and lots of really awful CGI.

A true case of false advertising when it first came out. I worked in the theater it premiered in in Boston, MA, USA. So many unsatisfied customers. The Song Remains the Same. (Led Zeppelin movie)
CLUNKER ALERT:
“Trauma Center” is a festering, stinking cesspool of … well, what you find in cesspools.
Bruce Willis certainly doesn’t need the money, so I figure he must have owed somebody connected with the film a HUGE favor. Worst role I’ve ever seen him in…it’s the kind of movie and role for which I’d think of Steven Seagal. (Yes, that’s how bad it is…)
The only redeeming feature is that it’s only 90 minutes long.
You’re welcome!
Here's a movie that I said I'd never to watch again in the late 90s, after buying it on DVD from a market stall.
"Ground Control" or "Jet", basically there's a load of air traffic controllers and people on planes that are having a bad day, then Henry Winkler(The Fonz from Happy Days) comes along and saves them all.
