Help a lot of ads on my phone

I get a lot of ads on my phone (see below). How can I prevent this?

Install an ad blocker from the play store, such as Adaway, Ad block, Blockada, etc...

I am left with the question how is it possible that from one moment to the next advertisements suddenly appear when I was never bothered by it before.

You probably have some sort of adware installed on your phone. They usually come with an app you recently installed. I would recommend that you uninstall your most recent apps and work your way backwards.

I would wipe cache and data for the app and then uninstall it. Sometimes the adware can hide in either data or cache so make sure wipe those first before uninstalling the app.

Keep doing this until you find that those ads go away.

These appear to be Chrome notifications. Try going to Settings-->Notifications and see what shows up under 'recent' and turn those off. These kinds of 'ads' are also often associated with 'news' apps as well.
