hello guys, recently my cell, which is running andorid 7.0, this with ghost storage error, when i enter the settings says that i am using a quantity of GB that i am not, my cell phone is a blackview A7, and not I want to be root (I'm already frustrated with so many attempts). Could someone help me with this? Thanks in advance.

Hmmm, touted as the "Worlds cheapest dual camera smartphone" might tell you something. I was able to find two models, an 8 GB and 16 GB versions. The 8 GB has 1 GB RAM and the 16 GB version has 2 GB RAM. Let's assume you have the 8 GB version, this is total combined memory/storage so you will have to deduct the RAM and probably 2GB for the system partition. Then there's the recovery and boot partitions as well. At the end of the day you would see maybe 4 GB of usable storage for apps and files. As you use the phone and apply updates or save messages this number will drop.

What numbers do you actually see that make you think you are missing storage?
