Bathroom Sink Drain Pipe

So my wife has been blaming the cat for peeing on the bathroom rug. Turns out the drain pipe disconnected from my wife's sink

I have fielded many "calls" about the sink leaking from underneath.

Most often it is the P-trap and it is leaking/come apart because it hangs down in the middle of the cabinet and is beat up by the items stored under the sink, cleaners, tp, etc. More often than not it is just a matter of loosening the clamp nut and sliding the trap back up and re-tightening.
