Wife makes Poutine a lot. It originated out of Quebec Canada. Wife will also add some type of meat protein, like ground beef, chicken or turkey to the poutine.

Yep, there's many variations of poutine. There's a pub by me that makes what they call garbage fries

My favorite is thanxgiving leftovers where i make some fries and add turkey and gravy.
