Can't root my phone

I Have TecMobile you 40, I cannot even connect it to the pc as the drivers does not seem to exist, I've tried apps like framaroot but still no joy, does anyone have any idea how I can root my phone?

not every android phone is rootable. i do not know your phone as it is an off brand phone. they usually do not get much support from devs. http://androidforums.com/android-lounge/631594-off-brand-phones-tablets-worth-low-cost.html

what are the specs for your phone? what android version does it run?

This is copied via the TecMobile website, On my phone it says it's running Android 4.0.4

yeah i'm not sure but you might want to try Root Android phone, flash custom ROM and manage your Android devices, Rooting Freeware Download - Kingo

but i'm not sure as it does not list your device....but it might work.

Would this require being connected via USB Interface? As for this certain phone it has no driver support for the PC

not sure, but most root exploits will need a computer.......like i said earlier not all android devices are rootable.

and i have no clue on your phone as it is an off brand phone.

is it supposed to be able to connect to your computer? if so you may want to contact your carrier or where ever you got your phone from and get them to trouble shoot for you.
