I have this awful problem.
I let the battery completely die on my Samsung Galaxy Core LTE, and now it displays the message, "Downloading...Do Not Turn Off Target!!" I tried everything. Charging it simply won't do a thing, I tried holding the power, home and volume down button and the message still pops up. I tried holding the volume up, home button and power button, cleared the cache and tried to reset, but still the same screen shows up. I need to access my memos that were not able to transfer on my new phone, so I can NOT factory reset I really need the files in the memo. Anyone have advice? I'm desperate and have been doing this for hours.
