Help Email Help Needed

Hi, I have the S5,when I open my emails I can see the list of all mails, but when I open any email in the list it just comes up with the header and no content, the page is blank, any ideas? Phil

Are you using the default email app that came with the S5?

if so, I suggest you install Blue Mail and give that a whirl.
It to me, is much better than the OEM email apps.
I like how I can configure it to do what I want, right down to multiple Vibrations/Beeps continuously if need be.

Longshot, but check the following:

Within the email application go to Settings/Manage Accounts/account/Sync settings/Limit retrieval size.
Check/adjust the retrieval size.

Hi, thanks for that, when I checked it was set to 50k, I set it to "Unlimited" and it seems to have solved the problem. Phil
