Help experia z1 charging prob.

Hi.This is my first time on this forum but I`m sure I`ll be satisfied.
When I charge my experia z1 compact,it charges to a certain point and then it turns the charging on and off,on and off all the time,and it takes a long time to charge fully.Some times it wont even charge fully at all!
This was so bad that I bought a magnetic charger (on the side with the 2 dots) to see if it would help...
But it didnt really help that much.
Can someone PLEASE help me???
I have no idea what to do at this point!
